18 августа, сотрудниками библиотеки имени А.И. Куприна, был проведен информационный час «Нам флаг завещано сберечь!» для посетителей МБУ «ЦСОН Октябрьского района г. Ростова-на-Дону».
В ходе информационного часа посетители узнали, как появилось слово «флаг», историю его изменения с древних времен до современности, узнали о значении цветов флага, о гербе Родины, на зданиях каких учреждений он должен присутствовать. Участники читали стихи о Российском флаге, исполняли песни о России.
По окончании беседы все пришли к единому мнению, что во флаге Российской Федерации заключено понятие о русском национальном характере и менталитете – духовность, нравственная чистота, готовность к самопожертвованию и героизму. День Российского флага – праздник, который помогает объединить общество на вечных ценностях – патриотизме, государственности. Этот праздник вызывает в нас чувство гордости за свою великую страну, за наших соотечественников.
